Cotton Knit Dishrag - Variation on a Seed Stitch
Size 8 - 10.5 needles, cotton yarn - this looks really good with a 2 or 3 color variegated but solid is also good.
Cast on 40 stitches
Row 1 - K4, *K1, P1. Repeat from * (16 times) to last 4 stitches. K4.
Row 2 - K4, *K1, P1. Repeat from * (16 times) to last 4 stitches. K4.
Row 3 - K4, *P1, K1. Repeat from * (16 times) to last 4 stitches. K4.
Row 4 - K4, *P1, K1. Repeat from * (16 times) to last 4 stitches. K4.
Next rows repeat rows 1 through 4 until you have 60 rows (15 times)and
bind off on a row 4 in pattern.
To make a loop, create a chain with end yarn. Attach at the base on the loop with a yarn needle and tie off.
