BROILED CARIBBEAN BANANAS

Squeeze 1-2 limes (1/4 C juice). Arrange 4 very ripe peeled whole bananas in a baking dish (that can go under the broiler). Pour juice over bananas. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. of dark brown sugar mixed w/ 1/2 tsp. of allspice. Place 3 inches from the broiler until sugar is melted-around 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 T of white (or black) raisins soaked in 2 tsp. of Rum or rum flavoring. Garnish with a peel of the lime (use potato peeler)
